I've had a bit of a break but I'm back with my DT card for <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/">My Mum's Craft Shop</a><br />
<br />
I hope you are all enjoying the long weekend, I don't know what it's like where you are but it's done nothing but rain here in the North East :-(<br />
<br />
I am sure this card will brighten up your day though.<br />
<br />
I've used the gorgeous <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/new-doodlebug-6x6-paper-pad---under-the-sea-25911-p.asp">Under the Sea</a> pad from Doodlebug, I just love the bright candy colours of Doodlebug and this pad is no exception. It's out of stock at the moment but you can email Kitty or leave a message in the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/514456181903945/">Facebook Group</a> to see when they will be back in stock.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEivU4TSxKwdkCLqtVTWbBOckosQlYCLuVcQ8xYxJb03ua6k2-eKFCJQcRhSi1mReAblJ0Y3H1hwfmK9w0DMq98y7le3vhOaCF1RnUZU9d1vKNhW5NjKIDqJooq2W4_3ZbajYt-Bf-xOrhM/s1600/MMCS+2+May.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEivU4TSxKwdkCLqtVTWbBOckosQlYCLuVcQ8xYxJb03ua6k2-eKFCJQcRhSi1mReAblJ0Y3H1hwfmK9w0DMq98y7le3vhOaCF1RnUZU9d1vKNhW5NjKIDqJooq2W4_3ZbajYt-Bf-xOrhM/s400/MMCS+2+May.jpg" width="288" /></a></div>
<br />
For the large circle I've used the Stitched Circle Scallop Frames from <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/die-namics-stitched-circle-scallop-frames-25825-p.asp">Dienamics</a> and embellished with some mini buttons.<br />
<br />
The flower vase and sentiment stamp are both from the Paper Smooches <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/new-paper-smooches-stamps---best-buds-25493-p.asp">Best Buds</a> stamp set and I've coloured them with Copics to match the colourful papers and mounted them with foam pads.<br />
<br />
Now if that doesn't cheer you up on this dreary day nothing will !<br />
<br />
I hope you all enjoy what's left of the bank holiday weekend.<br />
<br />

<br />
I'm here today with my latest DT card for <a href="http://mymumscraftshop.blogspot.co.uk/">My Mums Craft Shop</a> and I'm a bit late to the party as I normally have this post scheduled in advance but I got up early this morning to frantically type it because I seem to be lost with what day it is lately....it must be my age lol!<br />
<br />
Today I am showcasing the amazing Doodle Buds stamp set by WPlus9 which is available <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/new-wplus9-clear-stamps---doodle-buds-25599-p.asp">here</a>.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhtMlxoLHBVvRO4R57AMalLAeAhlrVHUysUjrJ32PQaRuesQqve-h1mmVUpghXR5_rpSW5H9o0Ic7kTU6eK7bFgQaHus6K-oNSCS6V38PT3E4x5evsF72EG4dvUh-D4Cd4JAcYxwLUrODg/s1600/Pastel+Flowers.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhtMlxoLHBVvRO4R57AMalLAeAhlrVHUysUjrJ32PQaRuesQqve-h1mmVUpghXR5_rpSW5H9o0Ic7kTU6eK7bFgQaHus6K-oNSCS6V38PT3E4x5evsF72EG4dvUh-D4Cd4JAcYxwLUrODg/s400/Pastel+Flowers.JPG" width="317" /></a></div>
<br />
This is such a versatile set with loads of mix and match options for you to create some gorgeous projects.<br />
<br />
For my card I decided to stamp myself a background using the various elements. I stamped randomly onto a piece of cardstock and then cut it down to fit my card. Everything has been coloured with Copics, including the blue background, which was done using B000. I've gone around the edges of the flowers with B00 to highlight them and added some dots around with the tip of the pen. I matted my completed panel onto pink cardstock.<br />
<br />
It's hard to tell from the picture but I've added glitter to the centres of the flowers and the effect looks amazing.<br />
<br />
If you enjoy colouring then this is the card for you. You could even make your own colouring pages ! I have got a few stamped up ready so that if I don't fancy making a card I can just relax with a bit of colouring.<br />
<br />
That's all from me for today, I can breathe a sigh of relief now I'm up to date.<br />
<br />
Have a great Thursday.<br />
<br />

<br />
Did I tell you how much I adore these images and how beautiful they are to colour. I chose to work with the fantastic Flower Picking digi for my card and she is available <a href="https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/258914940/flower-picking-by-sasayaki-glitter?ref=shop_home_active_19">here</a>.<br />
<br />
After the dull and dark February days I thought it would be nice to see some brightness so I decided to go with some bright and zingy citrus colours to remind us that Spring is on the way soon. I've used a paper pad from Lili of the Valley although unfortunately I don't think they stock them any more.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj3d5PHW-9Rw4_JTaGBWl6RiqK8BiAMU11UHEMlWvKe-BkdmhLoV8QHRJwUOW_9opMdgHmPhQtyOv_Bq15XNBxkZImCx2yL2HvCwdwtjKMOc6VilDv5kX9TNMuEtq1809b2QUtlrQGoy6wv/s1600/Inspiration+29+Feb.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="392" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj3d5PHW-9Rw4_JTaGBWl6RiqK8BiAMU11UHEMlWvKe-BkdmhLoV8QHRJwUOW_9opMdgHmPhQtyOv_Bq15XNBxkZImCx2yL2HvCwdwtjKMOc6VilDv5kX9TNMuEtq1809b2QUtlrQGoy6wv/s400/Inspiration+29+Feb.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
My image is coloured with Copics to match my papers and I've matted all my layers onto bright orange cardstock to make them stand out a bit more. I know there probably isn't such a thing as a pink and orange mushroom (or at least I've never seen one) but I love the fact that crafting gives you artistic licence to colour anything any way you like!<br />
<br />
I've die cut various flowers and leaves and embellished the centres with adhesive pearls and added my sentiment to finish off.<br />
<br />
We have a couple of challenges running at the moment, both on the blog and on the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/1725571720999725/">Facebook</a> page so be sure to join in for your chance of winning some fab digis from the store.<br />
<br />
Have a great day<br />

I'm here today with my latest card for <a href="http://mymumscraftshop.blogspot.co.uk/">My Mum's Craft Shop</a><br />
<br />
You may know I am a huge fan of Stamping Bella Uptown Girls and this beauty has to be one of my favourites to colour. This is Fiona Loves Flowers and luckily she has just come back into stock <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/stamping-bella-uptown-girls---fiona-loves-flowers-20233-p.asp">here</a> so be sure to grab yourself one before she disappears again!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0UxZ9uNfLwFjHVF2Q3TGfYYFwMM5FoexizQYQiZznxsW-UynBiEICR6m3J1nKm38moZ6gijsqb0oMyzQcMBNfc93fZ_2kTeeoE-eX6oz_Ho_bbmqbC7cfMcGwiA2l265S84Lk9xarJRE/s1600/MMCS+25.02.16.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="377" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0UxZ9uNfLwFjHVF2Q3TGfYYFwMM5FoexizQYQiZznxsW-UynBiEICR6m3J1nKm38moZ6gijsqb0oMyzQcMBNfc93fZ_2kTeeoE-eX6oz_Ho_bbmqbC7cfMcGwiA2l265S84Lk9xarJRE/s400/MMCS+25.02.16.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
I decided on a red white and black theme to make the beautiful poppies stand out and I've coloured her in with Copics.<br />
<br />
The animal print paper is from the My Favourite Things <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/my-favorite-things-430-c.asp">Wild Prints</a> paper pad which is out of stock at the moment unfortunately but if you email Kitty she will be able to add it to her next order.<br />
<br />
I've kept the embellishment quite simple with a felt flower made using the Dienamics <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/die-namics-pretty-posies-1625-p.asp">Pretty Posies</a> die and button stitched in the centre. This is always my go-to flower die, I think it's just stunning in its simplicity and looks so pretty layered up. I've hand cut a couple of green felt leaves to go with it and added a couple of red cardstock flags to finish off.<br />
<br />
I couldn't decide whether to make it a Mother's Day card or a Birthday card so I went with Birthday in the end as I know I for one would love to receive this card for my birthday.<br />
<br />
There are loads of fab new things arriving in the <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/">store</a> at the moment so be sure to keep checking back to make sure you don't miss out!<br />
<br />
Have a great day everyone.<br />

<br />
Today I'm showcasing the extremely cute Max the Monkey digi. I'm a sucker for a cute monkey stamp and I fell in love with him as soon as I saw him. He is available to buy <a href="https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/94524825/max-the-monkey-digi-stamp?ref=shop_home_active_15">here</a> from the Etsy store.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgfKlfZEeSLttpNwc0Pbwbj2J41jchsI-hwa7t0eWslU3zxoflNGXcrcEKuejhk_SfOpMCb4UYthT9Xq19N7dGYMO_L4B_hyphenhyphenyz9sR9Q9S8Uo6P3uJ0jdePtndJ7AT4z_nEDLuw-eEK_uq5h/s1600/Spotlight+24.02.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgfKlfZEeSLttpNwc0Pbwbj2J41jchsI-hwa7t0eWslU3zxoflNGXcrcEKuejhk_SfOpMCb4UYthT9Xq19N7dGYMO_L4B_hyphenhyphenyz9sR9Q9S8Uo6P3uJ0jdePtndJ7AT4z_nEDLuw-eEK_uq5h/s400/Spotlight+24.02.jpg" width="387" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
I've used various layers and die cuts in my design (as always lol) and because of this I can never do a 'quick' card. I can spend literally hours just playing about positioning paper and die cutting various bits and pieces until I am happy and this card was no exception.<br />
<br />
Once I was happy with all my layering I stuck everything down and coloured little Max with Copics before fussy cutting him out and mounting him onto the card as my main focal point. I think he looks super cute sitting there with his banana!<br />
<br />
I've added various faux stitching around my die cut elements with a white gel pen and finished off with a couple of buttons here and there for embellishment.<br />
<br />
That's all from me for today, wishing you all a wonderful Wednesday.<br />
<br />

<br />
Today I am showcasing the fabulous Flying Bunny digi from Sasayaki Glitter which I have used to make a cute pink and grey birthday card. She is available to buy <a href="https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/252078988/flying-bunny-digital-stamp-by-sasayaki?ref=shop_home_active_20">here</a> in the Etsy store, along with lots of other gorgeous digis that you won't be able to resist!<br />

<br />
<br />
I'm a sucker for lots of layers on my cards and this is no exception so I sat and played with various bits of paper until I was happy with my layout before colouring my bunny in with Copics. I've added some polka dots to the balloon with a white gel pen and then I've fussy cut her before mounting onto my card with foam pads for a bit of extra dimension.<br />
<br />
I've die cut a couple of clouds from white glittery cardstock (although this doesn't show up very well on the photo) and added a button and some pearls and ribbon to embellish.<br />

<br />
It's my turn on the <a href="http://mymumscraftshop.blogspot.co.uk/">My Mum's Craft Shop</a> blog today and I've got something out of this world to show you!<br />
<br />
I see so many amazing watercolour cards around at the moment and Rich bought me a set for Christmas so I thought I would give them a go and make a background.<br />
<br />
It took me quite a few attempts until I was happy with it and I still need some practice but I thought it made a good 'outer space' backdrop for my card.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRUKrVVOydiistpJohlWMuB2AvDDgrb86dfDF0r8zRT18RCEdjaaJpIa6usTOJnidZD-gkmvEAKmwvXCKoip6ITA9bxzx4hmxCa0rUAhtHEgu-lmHmzBHGfhgmhm1OUeeb2Zj1ip6gu6I/s1600/Out+of+this+World.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRUKrVVOydiistpJohlWMuB2AvDDgrb86dfDF0r8zRT18RCEdjaaJpIa6usTOJnidZD-gkmvEAKmwvXCKoip6ITA9bxzx4hmxCa0rUAhtHEgu-lmHmzBHGfhgmhm1OUeeb2Zj1ip6gu6I/s400/Out+of+this+World.JPG" width="290" /></a></div>
<br />
The stamps are all from the brand new February release by MFT called Out of This World and they are available <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/new-my-favorite-things-stamps---out-of-this-world-25249-p.asp">here</a>. I've coloured them with Copics and then fussy cut them before mounting them randomly onto my card with foam pads.<br />
<br />
I think this is definitely going to be a popular set so grab yours now so you don't miss out.<br />
<br />
That's all from me today. Have a great Thursday<br />
<br />

I hope you have all had a fantastic weekend.<br />
<br />
It was pouring down all day in the North East yesterday so what better day to do some crafting right? It was my birthday last week and I was lucky enough to get some of the brand new MFT dies from my hubby and I couldn't wait to play.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjEsAZuQ4x0wmcqGwl6t_aH102dXTnqiDO5kJscWPAmtsLVYdVLGgGFEtyRGWpHwOf2jHVV1QPD9IGYb73amsXKvP6DiWV6h3kUcqJRnOjly9dtywTGnvkWfSXq2xmSt7MA-T_PupHhOA8/s1600/Rainbow.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="296" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjEsAZuQ4x0wmcqGwl6t_aH102dXTnqiDO5kJscWPAmtsLVYdVLGgGFEtyRGWpHwOf2jHVV1QPD9IGYb73amsXKvP6DiWV6h3kUcqJRnOjly9dtywTGnvkWfSXq2xmSt7MA-T_PupHhOA8/s400/Rainbow.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
I made a sky background panel using watercolour paints but I ended up covering most of it up in the end so you can only just to say see it at the top.<br />
<br />
I started off die cutting my clouds from white cardstock using the MFT Stitched Cloud Edges die which is available <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/die-namics-stitched-cloud-edges-24305-p.asp">here</a>. I only stuck them down at the edges so I could slot my rainbow and sunshine behind them before glueing them down at the end.<br />
<br />
I cut my rainbow using the Stitched Rainbow die which you can buy <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/new-die-namics-stitched-rainbow-25301-p.asp">here</a> and played around for ages before I was happy with the colours lol! While I was sticking it down I had the 'red and yellow and pink etc. etc. rainbow song going round in my head!! <br />
<br />
The sunshine is also from MFT and it's available <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/new-die-namics-sunny-skies-24296-p.asp">here</a>.<br />
<br />
I die cut my letters using the same colours to match the rainbow and then added some white faux stitching around them with a gel pen. You can't really tell on the photo but I've added spots of glitter all over my clouds....because who says clouds can't be glittery right !<br />
<br />
I absolutely love how it has turned out and it really did brighten up a dreary day.<br />
<br />
Thanks for stopping by.<br />
<br />

<br />
I am excited to show you a couple of new cards today made with some of the gorgeous new releases at <a href="https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/SasayakiGlitter?ref=pr_shop_more">Sasayaki Glitter</a>. These really are beautiful to colour and the designs are just beautiful. Be sure to pop over to the shop and grab yourself one...or more!<br />
<br />
My first card is made using the cute Heart Balloons digi which is available to buy <a href="https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/265762779/heart-balloons-digital-stamp-by-sasayaki?ref=shop_home_active_6">here</a>. I've coloured her in with Copics and added some Crystal Glamour Dust to the clouds.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjeY6HwlrD7JgXLvOoHOCqidSWnWGi59gU7foFtYwVF9gvVQyLi5W-3_K0cmZ08nM42p-tNYHCbfbHOOQtOK9kezEU51IHV7OqhyphenhyphencD66U4i3SPMnBX9Sl7dxBu1CldG7bBL75ZsVX_OvcM/s1600/SG+New+Release1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="392" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjeY6HwlrD7JgXLvOoHOCqidSWnWGi59gU7foFtYwVF9gvVQyLi5W-3_K0cmZ08nM42p-tNYHCbfbHOOQtOK9kezEU51IHV7OqhyphenhyphencD66U4i3SPMnBX9Sl7dxBu1CldG7bBL75ZsVX_OvcM/s400/SG+New+Release1.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
I'm sick of winter now so thought I would use some lovely bright Spring colours for my card using papers from the Brand new Echo Park Spring paper pad. As always I've used lots of layers and have matted each panel onto some candy pink cardstock.<br />
<br />
I've added some die cut clouds which have been embossed with polka dots and I've also punched out some butterflies to keep in with the Spring theme.<br />
<br />
My next card is a one layer card which is virtually unheard of for me lol! I think this image is just so beautiful that she stands perfectly on her own. This is A Gift for You and she is available <a href="https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/265868614/a-gift-for-you-by-sasayaki-glitter?ref=shop_home_active_8">here</a>.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjvAeuxkmX0SO5Mb0AUsEC_z4SU6GegFLdvrvWT-aCksniXdaBcazLDHZVP1I-6fbHHCOHdY6ip-EK3tTVU6FKJSxJv6LozkY0hffipuoHcXBCrEx-rANLWWl4cE7yyAPst-xtu5-vP3dc/s1600/SG+New+Release2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjvAeuxkmX0SO5Mb0AUsEC_z4SU6GegFLdvrvWT-aCksniXdaBcazLDHZVP1I-6fbHHCOHdY6ip-EK3tTVU6FKJSxJv6LozkY0hffipuoHcXBCrEx-rANLWWl4cE7yyAPst-xtu5-vP3dc/s400/SG+New+Release2.JPG" width="393" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
I've also coloured her with copics and mounted her onto a scalloped edge card using foam tape for a bit of dimension. I've then added a couple of pearls and a sentiment and voila!<br />
<br />
Please pop over to our <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/1725571720999725/">Facebook Page</a> where you can share your beautiful creations using Sasayaki Glitter stamps and where we will be starting a new Challenge in February.<br />
<br />
That's all from me for today. Wishing you all a wonderful Monday<br />

Is anyone else glad to see the back of January, what a long month it has been!<br />
<br />
I'm here today with my latest card for <a href="http://mymumscraftshop.blogspot.co.uk/">My Mum's Craft Shop</a> and I've made one of my least favourite type of cards....male birthday lol. I tend to avoid them at all costs but this stamp is so cute that it was actually a pleasure.<br />
<br />
The papers are from the Doodlebug Patriotic Picnic pad available <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/doodlebug-6x6-paper-pad---patriotic-picnic-22260-p.asp">here</a> and everything has been die cut using the Dienamics Blueprints 1 collection available <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/die-namics-blueprints-1-11214-p.asp">here</a>. I absolutely love the Blueprints dies, they are so versatile and great if you need a card fairly quickly.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXVWHTuCQVB84T17y88AZg8sqpkw_EXvmDE_JZACy670T_Da7ulOrVgJO5eIlOUYXnXSEUKuQWZovQdx3OOlGCrSMmLurbR9Hm-5tnEoYeGAQIggKs8TqabyPM7LhAVNxsLMZ5ERf6fsU/s1600/MMCS+28+Jan+%25282%2529.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXVWHTuCQVB84T17y88AZg8sqpkw_EXvmDE_JZACy670T_Da7ulOrVgJO5eIlOUYXnXSEUKuQWZovQdx3OOlGCrSMmLurbR9Hm-5tnEoYeGAQIggKs8TqabyPM7LhAVNxsLMZ5ERf6fsU/s400/MMCS+28+Jan+%25282%2529.JPG" width="298" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
I've matted some of my panels onto blue and red cardstock just to give a bit more pop and I've added a couple of little elements of my own along with some buttons to embellish.<br />
<br />
This little cute is called <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/cc-designs-stamps---pollycraft-flash-23697-p.asp">Flash</a> and I've coloured him in with Copics and mounted him into the corner of my card using foam pads.<br />
<br />
Finally I've stamped my Happy Birthday sentiment from the <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/my-favorite-things-stamps---sweet-safari-24167-p.asp">Sweet Safari</a> MFT stamp set and voila!<br />
<br />
Keep popping over to the shop as Kitty has gorgeous new goodies arriving every day and you don't want to miss out.<br />
<br />
Until next time, have a great day.<br />

We are off to a concert tonight in Harrogate...what a day to be going !<br />
<br />
I'm here with my latest card for the <a href="http://craftindesertdivas.com/">Craftin Desert Divas</a> Digi Design Team. They have just had a new January release so if you haven't already pop over for some gorgeous brand new goodies.<br />
<br />
Today I have used the Birthday Girl with Balloons digi which is available <a href="http://craftindesertdivas.com/birthday-girl-with-balloons-digital-stamp/">here</a> and I'm in a kind of red, white and blue mood at the moment (pop back on Thursday and you will see what I mean!).<br />

<br />
<br />
These papers are from the Doodlebug Patriotic Picnic pad. I think it's safe to say I am probably Doodlebug's number 1 fan lol!.<br />
<br />
I've added some die cut elements using Dienamics Pretty Posies and stitched oval frames and I've finished off with some buttons and surprisingly no glitter this time.<br />
<br />
That's all from me for today. See you soon<br />

I'm here today to show you a card made for <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/">My Mum's Craft Shop</a> (whenever I type that I always think to myself 'I wish my mum really did own a craft shop! ) featuring one of the brand new Woodware stamps which came out this month.<br />
<br />
Introducing The Blimps ! Aren't they cute? They come as three separate stamps so I've done a bit of masking to put them all together.<br />
<br />
I started by stamping the centre Blimp twice and fussy cutting one out. I've then layered this one over the top of the other one and fixed with a bit of masking tape before stamping the other Blimps at each side. Then remove the 'extra' centre Blimp and there you have it.<br />

<br />
<br />
I've coloured them all in with Copics and mounted my panel onto red cardstock to make it pop.<br />
<br />
I promised myself I would start using papers from my growing scraps box and so I've cut all the triangles and flags from scraps and added some buttons to embellish.<br />
<br />
I think these stamps are great for kid's birthday cards and this week I'm going to be working on some cards using the stamps individually.<br />
<br />
That's it from me for today, I hope you all have a wonderful Saturday<br />

<br />
I'm kicking off my first DT post back with <a href="http://mymumscraftshop.blogspot.co.uk/">My Mum's Craft Shop</a>. I had an extremely busy second half of the year with work in 2015 as my manager was in hospital for a long time so I picked up a lot of extra responsibility which meant my crafting had to give. Thankfully things have settled down now and I'm ready to get back into the swing of things.<br />
<br />
My card for this week features the beautiful Doodle Pip flowers stamp set from WPlus9. Unfortunately they are out of stock in the shop at the moment but if you email Kitty at My Mum's Craft Shop she will be able to order them in for you. In the meantime check out the other gorgeous WPlus9 stamps which are available <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/wplus9-414-c.asp">here</a><br />
<br />
This is such a versatile set with loads of mix and match flowers and leaves which you can mask up and create some beautiful little scenes.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjShEh5_D65oq5Y4jrJ6buj38FCB8RjuRZrRJqLVxydC51csAyfRDbMk-LqL54KX4q3ljQgAMFB6J2kQlO5xKkAktvlvM5W9bo-v_jvulNazWzbWdKdz9yG592EUZsU7OO6g-Yb0ngAJ88/s1600/MMCS+14.01.16.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjShEh5_D65oq5Y4jrJ6buj38FCB8RjuRZrRJqLVxydC51csAyfRDbMk-LqL54KX4q3ljQgAMFB6J2kQlO5xKkAktvlvM5W9bo-v_jvulNazWzbWdKdz9yG592EUZsU7OO6g-Yb0ngAJ88/s400/MMCS+14.01.16.JPG" width="282" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
For this card I've basically stamped my flowers and fussy cut them to make a little focal point arrangement. I've used one of the papers from the My Favourite Things Farm Fresh Gingham paper pad which is available <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/my-favorite-things-6x6-paper-pack---farm-fresh-gingham-23740-p.asp">here</a> and die cut a circle using the Dienamics Jumbo Circle Peek a Boo Windows set available <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/die-namics-jumbo-peek-a-boo-circle-windows-22796-p.asp">here</a><br />
<br />
Rich bought me some watercolours for Christmas and I have been seeing so many beautiful watercolour backgrounds that I've been itching to have a go. The background to the central circular die cut panel is one of my first efforts at messing about with them and I love the 'sunset' effect it gives!<br />
<br />
The Love You sentiment is made with the Dienamics <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/die-namics-love--adore-you-20882-p.asp">Love and Adore You</a> text die and I've finished off with a couple of red self adhesive pearls in the bottom corner. <br />
<br />
Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you have a wonderful Thursday.<br />
<br />

I hope you had a fantastic Christmas and that 2016 will be a great year for you!<br />
<br />
One of my resolutions for 2016 is to re-launch my website and find my proper passion for crafting again and I've been a busy bee this weekend making some stock.<br />
<br />
This card is my latest DT card for <a href="http://craftindesertdivas.com/">Craftin Desert Divas</a> and I have used the adorable Birthday Lion digistamp and he is available <a href="http://craftindesertdivas.com/birthday-lion-digital-stamp/">here</a><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEje-ifKnBa24zMd1pxKUSBv0lHULh8cT2OOUWe_RW1m0VS_ZOsZoVPyxhL8bcpRX0nOJouycrlF46fqKX6uXol8MwobHoYjWkn8-e9exsnvVA_AQp3uu18NbehFOBUmMBspkOmO7ObmtIc/s1600/birthday+lion.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEje-ifKnBa24zMd1pxKUSBv0lHULh8cT2OOUWe_RW1m0VS_ZOsZoVPyxhL8bcpRX0nOJouycrlF46fqKX6uXol8MwobHoYjWkn8-e9exsnvVA_AQp3uu18NbehFOBUmMBspkOmO7ObmtIc/s400/birthday+lion.jpg" width="387" /></a></div>
<br />
Now I know you have never seen a lion with yellow, blue and green paw pads but in the crafting world anything is possible right ! Having said that I've never seen a lion with a cupcake and party hat on!!<br />
<br />
I've coloured him with my Copics and added some little dots to his cheeks with a white gel pen. I'm back on with the faux stitching again too, I just love the effect!<br />
<br />
That's all from me for today, I have a hot date with a pile of ironing ;-)<br />
<br />
Pop back tomorrow when I'm going to be sharing another boy's birthday card with you.<br />
<br />

<br />
Now everything is finished I took some time to make a quick card this afternoon while Rich and Megs decided to bake a cake.<br />
<br />
I have a folder stuffed with stamped images ready to colour, half coloured, fully coloured you name it and this is one I've had lurking for a while now. I thought she would be quick and easy to colour and would go perfectly with an early Christmas present pad of paper Rich gave me today.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0SJgBBVaVvixeFjkhbTQb6lPQTMJK1zgm5DR5vMg-DqzIFxCa1ADKWwXDm-6TmGRzkS0Fz4t_A_KUaNZJOqE1nojASKOPNumW6OmqoRHlmlsgpAykwN8_1njx-r4Gofp43M8ECWNI488/s1600/Hugs+%2526+Kisses.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0SJgBBVaVvixeFjkhbTQb6lPQTMJK1zgm5DR5vMg-DqzIFxCa1ADKWwXDm-6TmGRzkS0Fz4t_A_KUaNZJOqE1nojASKOPNumW6OmqoRHlmlsgpAykwN8_1njx-r4Gofp43M8ECWNI488/s400/Hugs+%2526+Kisses.jpg" width="308" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
This is the gorgeous <a href="https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/205554437/love-spring-time?ref=shop_home_active_1">Love Spring Time</a> from All Dressed Up Stamps and she comes with some little butterflies and a sentiment too but I decided to fussy cut her out and keep it simple today.<br />
<br />
It's a really basic card with some rectangles of patterned paper and a die cut circle which has been embossed with hearts. The sentiment is computer generated and I've added a couple of buttons to embellish. My little girlie is mounted on foam pads to make her stand out a bit more and I thought keeping the sentiment quite generic would mean this card would be suitable for a few different occasions.<br />
<br />
I am also really impressed that I have coloured blonde hair as I always shy away from blonde and stick with brown as I find it easier to colour lol!<br />
<br />
That's all from me, I'm off to die cut some flowers in the hope that I will get some more cardmaking time later.<br />
<br />
Hugs<br />

<br />
I managed to finish all my wrapping last night....all those little stocking fillers seem like a good idea at the time when you are buying them but when you have to wrap them it's not so good lol.<br />
<br />
We are off present delivering today but before we go I wanted to show you my latest card for the <a href="http://craftindesertdivas.com/">Craftin Desert Divas</a> Digi Design Team.<br />
<br />
I decided to come away from the traditional black and red ladybug colours and went for pink and turquoise...I think a pink and turquoise ladybug would be pretty cute don't you! This gorgeous digi is called Pretty Little Lady and she is available <a href="http://craftindesertdivas.com/pretty-little-lady-digital-stamp/">here</a><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJEa-NfVF5V33DRbW13uPbBEXaF8-MT0PPQbGqso_oIGk8uNeCiw18osItwUqW85WHzsjiurgBz3fKzfvBC_tUi3KfL4dHw5H4YYV8Z-o42Q72jXM0gPXciRBZoaTg0fSLgsYG11ViSiM/s1600/20151215_122406+copy.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJEa-NfVF5V33DRbW13uPbBEXaF8-MT0PPQbGqso_oIGk8uNeCiw18osItwUqW85WHzsjiurgBz3fKzfvBC_tUi3KfL4dHw5H4YYV8Z-o42Q72jXM0gPXciRBZoaTg0fSLgsYG11ViSiM/s400/20151215_122406+copy.jpg" width="391" /></a></div>
<br />
I've coloured her up with copics and added lots of little extra details with white gel pen and glittered up her wings. I usually pick the papers I am going to use before I colour my image but I didn't in this case and had to find papers to match once I had coloured my image.<br />
<br />
I've used papers from Lili of the Valley but I don't think they are available any more as they have been in my stash for so long now. <br />
<br />
There are a lorra lorra layers on this card as Cilla would say but that's how I like it lol and each layer has been matted onto hot pink cardstock.<br />
<br />
Finally I've embellished with Dienamics Circle Scribbles cut from some of the papers and finished off with some buttons and adhesive pearls.<br />
<br />
This will go down as one of my favourite cards, I just love everything about it, plus it's pink so what could be better.<br />
<br />
I wish you all a wonderful Tuesday (even though I keep thinking it's Saturday).<br />
<br />
See you soon<br />

I hope you are all well and ready for the weekend because I know I am.<br />
<br />
It was Megan's 8th birthday yesterday and I am organising a Strictly Come Dancing themed party for her on Sunday so I am chasing my tail a bit at the moment but I'm sure it will be all worth it when all the girls are glammed up and dancing away.<br />
<br />
I am really excited to announce that I have been invited to join the brand new Digital Design Team over at <a href="http://craftindesertdivas.com/">Craftin Desert Divas</a> !! If you aren't familiar with them pop over to the page and have a look, there are some gorgeous digis as well as clear stamps and dies.<br />
<br />
For my first project I have used the cute <a href="http://craftindesertdivas.com/ladybug-girl-digital-stamp/">Ladybug Girl</a> digistamp and coloured her up with my copics. I've added a few extra spots here and there and blinged up her wings with some glamour dust.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgMYCd_8-Fxed2vB5tv6eYd-NkBFGa9M_bF6Je0PP4VSzLBa3m_pSQLH0qBAVguUzeDm_APIaTm-vx-VwPO8P5wnUOY4KkG9ZZLMfzYfhJWltEpleKtJxLVNAmYJQSSBfDYhDKiZQOgEfg/s1600/04.12_edited-1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgMYCd_8-Fxed2vB5tv6eYd-NkBFGa9M_bF6Je0PP4VSzLBa3m_pSQLH0qBAVguUzeDm_APIaTm-vx-VwPO8P5wnUOY4KkG9ZZLMfzYfhJWltEpleKtJxLVNAmYJQSSBfDYhDKiZQOgEfg/s400/04.12_edited-1.jpg" width="356" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
As always I've gone for the layered look using the Doodlebug Lovebugs paper pad plus some black and white spotty paper from my scraps pile. I'm a sucker for polka dots! I've layered all my paper panels onto black cardstock to make them stand out in all the red and I've embellished with pearls, buttons, die cut flowers and twine.<br />
<br />
I am really pleased with it and it's definitely going to be an image I use over and over again.<br />
<br />
If you would like to see more projects made with their other fab products check out the <a href="http://www.craftindesertdivasblog.com/">Blog</a> or the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/1428163220758119/">Facebook Gallery</a>. We are also on Pinterest and you can find us <a href="https://uk.pinterest.com/CraftinDivas/">here</a><br />
<br />
I will be adding more cards over the coming weeks so be sure to check back soon.<br />
<br />
Have a fabulous weekend.<br />

I am quite disappointed we haven't had the snow that other parts of the country seem to have had :-( Having said that I only like it when I don't have to drive in it so if I could order some for the Crimbo holidays that would be fab.<br />
<br />
Since starting Weight Watchers I am really getting back into my cardmaking again as it gives me a focus other than food. I also have some very exciting DT news coming next week too so watch this space.<br />
<br />
For today's card I have used one of my favourite colour combos....black and pink...oh and spots too...did I ever tell you I LOVE spots!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgy5UHROZqBxHw41Ifa0pU-30nzBheOg1-3elOf7x5YZeK0s3yf28kWZzQeSQkvHzhqdElJ9-Jp0tJNCJO_JseN6p_iliEODdgNgZwb_8jRasal1g_-4S9y0HJzuDmI9Cjd2SIQteDeN6E/s1600/polly+loves+perfume.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgy5UHROZqBxHw41Ifa0pU-30nzBheOg1-3elOf7x5YZeK0s3yf28kWZzQeSQkvHzhqdElJ9-Jp0tJNCJO_JseN6p_iliEODdgNgZwb_8jRasal1g_-4S9y0HJzuDmI9Cjd2SIQteDeN6E/s400/polly+loves+perfume.jpg" width="327" /></a></div>
<br />
The image is Polly Loves Perfume, one of the Uptown Girls from Stamping Bella....isn't she fab and oh how I wish I had a sofa that looked like that.<br />
<br />
I've used a mish-mash of various black and white papers from my stash, some of which I have matted onto hot pink cardstock and then layered them up in my usual style.<br />
<br />
I die cut a hot pink panel using the MFT Stamps polka dot cover up die and popped that into the background and also used the Love Notes Confetti Cuts frame die from Reverse Confetti in the top corner.<br />
<br />
It's quite a busy card but that's what I do best lol!<br />
<br />
That's all from me today, hope you all have a fantastic day<br />

I've had a few technical problems but everything seems to be up and running again now so I am back!</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Today I am showcasing the fantastic Party Time Avery from <a href="http://thepapernestdolls.blogspot.co.uk/">The Papernest Dolls</a>. I feel like I have struggled lately to find my mojo and have been trying hard to bring it back by making some clean and simple designs. This sounds stupid but I find CAS cards really hard so I'm back with the layers and woohoo I'm happy again lol.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">I absolutely adore these Pebbles papers and I have had them in my stash for so long that I am hanging on to every single spare scrap because I know I can't get them anymore.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">There was no rhyme or reason to how this card took shape and I had no idea where I was going with it. I randomly cut some shapes and played about until I was happy with the layout.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">I matted all my layers onto chocolate brown cardstock to make them pop and did some faux stitching around the panels.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Avery has been coloured with Copics and I've added some button and flag details as embellishment.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">That's all from me today, I won't leave it so long next time .</span><br />

I'm here with my latest make for <a href="http://mymumscraftshop.blogspot.co.uk/">My Mum's Craft Shop</a><br />
<br />
Have you started your Christmas preparations yet or is it still too early? I've been pushing myself to make a start on my Christmas cards so thought I would go for a Christmas theme this week.<br />
<br />
I've used the <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/new-wild-rose-studio-stamps---teddy-behind-present-23050-p.asp">Teddy Behind Present</a> stamp by Wild Rose Studio and coloured him with Copics before mounting onto lime green cardstock.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMtw9u9fTrOj7jkXQiP0XqlSih4sf7ZGw2Kj8ACvJa-Fyma1AkqNZZPIBKG_WSk9SlYsy0Osbllsltympc3GaWUFI8Bcr-eslusFDNXctKorVUVglam5mBZt0WPcS_E0ENFkh-LxOdTaY/s1600/MMCS+10+Oct.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="395" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMtw9u9fTrOj7jkXQiP0XqlSih4sf7ZGw2Kj8ACvJa-Fyma1AkqNZZPIBKG_WSk9SlYsy0Osbllsltympc3GaWUFI8Bcr-eslusFDNXctKorVUVglam5mBZt0WPcS_E0ENFkh-LxOdTaY/s400/MMCS+10+Oct.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
The papers are from the Doodlebug <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/new-doodlebug-6x6-paper-pad---sugarplums-23606-p.asp">Sugarplums</a> paper pad and I have mounted all my layers onto lime green cardstock to tie in with how I have coloured the image. I love the colours in this pad, it's nice sometimes to do something different to the usual red and green.<br />
<br />
For some reason it took a few attempts before I was happy with my layout and my table was strewn with nearly every sheet from the pad that I had cut into and then discarded :-( <br />
<br />
I've finished my card off with some blue cotton lace trim, a couple of buttons and a crystal snowflake charm tucked into the corner.<br />
<br />
Hope I have inspired you to get into the Christmas spirit early with my festive make!<br />
<br />
Have a great weekend.<br />
<br />

<br />
It's looking like it's going to be a lovely weekend again so I thought I would get out my <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/new-doodlebug-hello-sunshine-6x6-paper-pad-20781-p.asp">Hello Sunshine</a> pad from Doodlebug and brighten things up even more.<br />
<br />

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhj-ijPy7DKvYDsEoq1Io00RMEdajkDsBpJDOd4_A19_jMXiQM2Ec8Q4-WlABpIShBOx1MsWmw1BoaUcUm47vsF6KWALoijmyjxlGdgAIkF0xPDa3FIcF-LwfhdVjFpKSFajxwc00VfSM8/s1600/MMCS+26.09.15.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhj-ijPy7DKvYDsEoq1Io00RMEdajkDsBpJDOd4_A19_jMXiQM2Ec8Q4-WlABpIShBOx1MsWmw1BoaUcUm47vsF6KWALoijmyjxlGdgAIkF0xPDa3FIcF-LwfhdVjFpKSFajxwc00VfSM8/s400/MMCS+26.09.15.jpg" width="370" /></a></div>
<br />
Doodlebug can't put a foot wrong for me, I absolutely adore their products and this pad has to be one of my favourites.<br />
<br />
I've cut various panels of patterned paper and mounted them onto lime green cardstock to make them stand out even more. I have also faux stitched the edges (because I just can't not do it now!!)<br />
<br />
The stamp is the fabulous <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/stamping-bella-uptown-girls---farrah-loves-flashdance-20230-p.asp">Farrah Loves Flashdance</a> and whenever I use it it always brings back memories of me and my sister trying to re-enact the final dance scene from Flashdance when we were younger (not very successfully I might add). I've coloured her with Copics and made a bit of a dotty background using the very tip of the brush nib end of the pens.<br />
<br />
I've die cut some circles, snipped around the edges and added buttons to the centres to make my lowers and die cut the number 30 using my Dienamics <a href="http://www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk/die-namics-by-the-numbers-die-only-4523-p.asp">By The Numbers</a> die.<br />
<br />
That's it from me, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.<br />
